Vehicles are inspected in detail and inspection reports quote the type and extent of damage. A digital image is also taken of every vehicle we inspect.

Inspections are normally carried out within 24 hours of notifications and reports are normally returned on the same day as inspection. Very urgent inspections if notified before 10am will be completed on that same day. All areas of Northern Ireland are covered.

To reduce costs and speed inspection times we accept video imaging of vehicles showing damage sustained thus enabling us to agree figures with the repairing garage, normally within one hour of receiving the images. Where litigation is possible we would recommend a physical examination of the vehicle.
